The Council can provide rooms and halls for hire in the Town Hall or Woosehill Community Centre for use by both community and commercial organisations as well as for individual use.
Free WiFi is available in all rooms.
There is a ‘no smoking’ policy in all buildings owned and operated by the Town Council.

Wokingham Town Hall
This historic Grade II* Listed building houses the magnificent Main Hall which can accommodate 100 people seated,
as well as smaller meeting rooms. The Council Chamber is an historic meeting room where Council meetings still take
place with a large boardroom style table seating 14 delegates. There is a lift and wheelchair accessible toilets and baby changing facilities.
The Town Hall is a popular venue for weddings and business events.
There is no parking at the Town Hall. Car parks are controlled by Wokingham Borough Council. Please visit Wokingham Borough Council find a car park for locations, charges and length of stay.
Town Hall Hire Charges
Rates are per hour, except for the Kitchen which is per booking. All charges include VAT. Community Rates are available for non profit organisations.
Sunday bookings are subject to Staff availabilty and a surcharge.
Private functions are popular in the Town Hall and your own catering arrangements can be accommodated on our
licensed premises. The kitchen is fully equipped with 100 place settings including wine and champagne glasses.
All rooms are accessible by lift and meet special mobility needs. There are wheelchair accessible toilets and baby
changing facilities.

Woosehill Community Centre
Woosehill Community Hall is used by a variety of clubs and organisations throughout the day and evening. It can be hired on a regular basis or adhoc. There are 3 meeting rooms of varying sizes at very reasonable rates.
Please be aware that children’s parties are not permitted beyond primary school age, including teens. Sunday hires must finish by 8pm.
