The General Market trades every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8am to 5pm.

Farmers' Market

The Farmers' Market is held on the first Thursday of each month from 9am to 2pm. The dates for 2012 are:

January 5th February 2nd March 1st April 5th May 3rd June 7th

July 5th August 2nd September 6th October 4th November 1st December 6th

24 farmers are in attendance plus 4 general traders.

Wokingham Farmers' Market is certified by the National Association of Farmers' Markets.

Its policy is 'fresh local food at a fair price'. As the market offers a 'customer first' policy offering a huge product range, foods have been introduced in the market from beyond the 30 mile local radius.

The product range includes several fresh meat farmers & cheese farmers. Also fresh water & sea fish stalls, as well as watercress, seasonable fruit & vegetables, cakes, preserves, honey, breads, wines, fruit juices, sauces, eggs plus much more.
